Level 1: Consult Only - for the do-it-yourselfer who needs a little help with direction: We will come to your home,
provide an hour consultation, share our ideas for the most important places for you to start and a short report, the
rest is up to you. (up to 2000 sq ft, larger adds $80 for every 1000 sq ft extra) $225
Level 2: Consultation with Detailed Report- a more comprehensive approach for the do-it-yourselfer (up to 2000
sq ft): This includes a two hour consultation, detailed report with recommendations, pictures, budget and time-line
estimates, cost analysis and a follow-up consultation.
Level 3: Consultation with Detailed Report and Full Project Management - Step-by-step guidance and help
throughout the job process: This includes a 2 hour consultation, detailed report, budget estimates, time-line
estimates, and a follow-up consultation plus project coordination, including help finding laborers, maintaining
time-lines and budgets, as well as cost analysis.
