We offer 3 levels of service for
your listings:

Refresh for pictures: We will come to
the listing and focus on the most important
areas: kitchen, bathrooms, master suite,
entry and curb appeal. We will make it look
photo and showing ready, then take pictures
for your listing or coordinate our schedule
with your photographer.

Consult Only - for the do-it-yourselfer who
needs a little help with direction: We will
come to your home, provide an hour
consultation, share our ideas for the most
important places for you to start and a short
report, the rest is up to you. (up to 2000
sqft, larger adds $$) $225

Complete staging with pictures: We will
come to your listing, focus heavily on big
selling areas, but take the whole property
into account. We will do a budget and cost
analysis, including clean-up, carpet cleaning,
paint touch-up, strange smells, and red flag
fixes. We will then stage and take photos.
We can also add furniture that can be
borrowed for the day of photos or rented for
the duration of the listing. Price based on
size of job
